Advanced Analytics Expert

1. Education Background:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

-Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a data analyst or data scientist in the financial services industry preferred.

-Minimum three (3) years’ experience managing analytical teams preferred.

2. Experience:

– At least 3 years of experience in a data analytics or a data science department, preferably as an Expert of Analytics.

3. Knowledge:

– Business acumen and the ability to communicate to executives, business domain stakeholders and technical staff alike.

– Considerable experience in solving business problems with analytical solutions, preferably advanced analytical solutions.

– Proven data literacy — the ability to describe business use cases / outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches / options.

– Experience with innovation and ideation methods, such as design thinking.

– Familiarity with advanced scripting languages such as R, SPSS or other analytic tools would be advantageous

– Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase would be advantageous – Experience building and deploying predictive models.

– Familiarity with data science concepts, as well as MDM, business intelligence, and data warehouse design and implementation techniques and tools.

Scrum Master

1. Job description:
– Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
– Guide the team on how to get the most of self-organizing team
– Remove impediments or guide the team to find the right solution for any issue occurred.
– Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
– Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
– Assist internal/external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
– Support and coach Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
– Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example

2. Job requirements:
– English skills are good to discuss with vendors and other stake holders
– Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
– Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
– Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)

Product Owner

1. Play Product Owner role in Agile (Scrum) projects
– Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
– Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
– Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
– Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
– Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
– Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

Back Office Operations Specialists

1. JOB PURPOSE
– Execution of a range back-office processes to support TNEX services and customer commitments
– Ensure all processes are executed, in compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
– Support continuous improvement of existing processes to make them more effective and efficient
– Preparation of management reporting and reporting information, as required

2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
– Tasks related to Customer Services and contact with Customers, including the following;
– Service queries /disputes investigation and resolution
– EKYC/ AML on-boarding reviews and approvals processing
– Products approval support; e.g. Web content moderation
– Card production and reconciliation processing and service breakdown resolution
– Transactions and Payments reconciliation and investigation processes
– Compiling management and operational data / reports as required

3. BACKGROUND
– Some experience in a customer service role; front-office or back-office

Business Analyst/Technical Product Owner

Play Technical Product Owner role in Agile (Scrum) projects

  • Coordinate with Business Product Owner and Stakeholders to identify possible solution for business requirements
  • Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements that is comprehensible to developer/project team
  • Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
  • Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
